This site doesn't set tracking cookies. The only personal data it collects is what you choose to send through the contact form or by email.
Who we are

What we collect and why
Contact form and email. If you get in touch, we keep your name, email address, company name if you give it, and whatever you write, so that we can reply and, if we go on to work together, prepare a proposal. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.
Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a short period and aren't used to identify you.
Cookies and analytics. The site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add privacy-respecting analytics in future, this notice will say so.
Who we share it with
Only the suppliers needed to run the site and reply to you: our hosting provider and our email provider. We don't sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to two years so we can refer back if you come back to us. If we work together, your details are kept for the length of the engagement and for six years afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@wyredigital.co.uk and we'll respond within a month. If you're not happy with how we've handled your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top will be updated.
